@Riot, what are your thoughts on Varus?

Varus has arguably been the weakest adc the past few seasons and when he is played he is played mid, but not as a jayce/nidalee style champion. So I'm curious, does riot have any plans to push him moreso in bot or mid?

Also, last time Varus was buffed, which was when his base mana regen was increased, you stated that Varus is supposed to be lane bully of bot lane; however, that spot is clearly better taken by Caitlyn of which most of her harass is via auto attacks, while Varus' harass comes from mainly his q. This is a problem for many reasons. Varus is a completely immobile adc with limited cc, and while he is supposed to function as a lane bully, his main harass, as mentioned previously, comes from his q, which automatically pushes the lane hard for him, opening an immobile adc up for easy ganks.

Any thoughts on him?
