remaking AFTER firstblood? feels cheap

I think they need to scrap such an option it invites elements of cheese that isnt sportsman like

"oh well we are being beaten, we have extra incentive to get out early"

if you want to remake, do it before combat

I don't think giving first blood is a good reason to be stuck on a 4v5

because by that logic 5 people can invade the enemy jungle kill one person and they are stuck in a 4v5

and what do you count as before combat because combat can start within the first minute

If all five players on the enemy team are connected when one of them dies, they can't remake.

It was a 4v5 when you got first blood.

I could be on the 4 person side and 5-0 ace the other team and still want to remake because 4v5 no ty.

The player needs to be afk or leave by 1:30.

He loses all of his lp.

People GIVE firstblood BECAUSE of the remake. I had 4 people running it up mid last week because they were remaking.

People can come back at 2:40. Should I avoid farming and trading because they might not? No. I refuse to ensure a loss regardless of dc' er outcome.

However, allowing you to remake only before first blood makes it so that, if first blood happens before the remake window is open, now you're stuck in a 4v5 because someone was stupid and overextended. You already can't remake if the person who is AFK got first-blooded, and making it so that you can't remake after any first blood in general means that you literally can't lane until the remake window is open 3 minutes in. 3 minutes of doing nothing to try to avoid dying so you can remake makes it so that now, you don't have just 1 AFK champion, but 5, giving the enemy team a MASSIVE advantage if the DC comes back. Also, I highly doubt that anyone would go "hey, we just got first-blooded, I'm gonna leave so my team can remake and clear this game because we're gonna lose now anyway." No. Nobody has that little of a brain. Remakes in general feel cheap, like you wasted a huge amount of time, but the system is better than having to play through a 4v5 because someone never connected.
