Champion Select - Too long - Solution

I figured I'd add another post about this. The more posts about it the more attention it gets, right?

When you have a career/school/whatever taking up a large amount of your day-to-day time, being able to sneak a game in from time to time is one of the biggest advantages of the MOBA genre.

However, when you have to wait 20+ minutes just to get in to the game because of constant dodges, etc, it makes you start looking in to other options to spend what little spare time you have.

I've always been a big believer that if you point out a problem, bring a solution - and I think this solution could make life easier for all of us:

**Keep everyone else in champ select, remove 'dodging' player, add new player who is currently in solo queue. **

Boom. Problem solved, faster queues and lots o' happy.
