Rageblade is so overturned right now, nearly every melee champion should buy it.

Pretty much every melee, auto attack based champion wants the item that gives the most AS in the game, a hefty amount of AD and AP, a decent AoE on hit, and is super cheap/ gold efficient.

Tryndamere, Jax, Xin, Shen, etc all make great use of the AP as well as the AD. Seriously, you want to rush it on basically every melee champion that isn't a caster or support.
