Creep Score & Feedback

Something that has always confused me was CS. This game has such a big emphasis on farming, and so do most MOBAs for that matter. I look around at all the other people that play this game and they always have way better CS than I do. Every single match I get harassed at the the end of the game for not having good enough farm. The thing is, even without the farm, I can still whoop my lane's ass and win. I can still out play people, I've done it time and time again.

The main reason I even can though is because I have had trouble CSing since I started playing. I've been playing this game for 4 years and I still struggle with CS. I don't know how I'm expected to farm when I have to worry about my laner constantly fucking with me. I physically cannot manage both of them. The solution I always get is to just farm under tower, but caster minions are impossible to farm under tower. If it shoots them once and I hit it, the minion survives. If i let it shoot twice, it dies. So I don't understand how some people farm casters under towers and how people can get 100 CS by ten minutes. How do you do that and still get kills from your laner. How do you farm and not just get all inned. I don't get it, but I'm sick of getting fucked with because of CS.

I've tried practicing, and I can farm all day alone. But when I have another person against me, I can't do it. I guess my main question is, how do you people get good CS while still doing well in lane? How are you able to so easily get ahead while I have to put all my attention into doing and then I just get ganked and die. WHY AM I SO FUCKING BAD AT LEAGUE.
