New Game Mod

So i was thinking about a new game mod that could be incorporated into league. Like you know how there is URF and Poro king and all of those mods, i was thinking of a mod where the fog of war covers the whole map, where summoners cannot see their own team along with the enemy team. Each person is given two summoners spells, one lets you share light with one other ally champion, so that you can see them the whole game, and the other one is like a skill shot that when it hits the enemy, you can see them for some time. Idk if this could be a potential mod for league, but it seems pretty cool.
