adcs are to buff

sure adcs are weak early but if they get to mid late crit users are way to strong, stormrazer gives them perminent att speed and movement speed, IE gives truedamage, all that put together is just to much pluss they get to much hp per lvl now they end at 2k hp wtf is that assassin cap at 1.8 and do less damage now, tanks are usless bruisers to op COMEONE RIOT BALENCE THIS GAME, mages bruisers were played bot LIKE YOU WANTED then u buff all adcs, nerf the funnel strat, cant wait for spear of sojin and atmas rek then the game will be real funn adcs building damage reduction WOW WOW WOW, when i started playing league 1 years ago balenced as hell, now is a clown show
