We got some idea that you want to mess with the base stats and item stats from a defensive view.
Have you figured out if in general it would be something of a nerfing of base stats and upping item stats or vice versa? Are you going to take the route that was done to support items most recently and look into adding/changing the item effects? Would there be any changes to the mitigation formula for armor/MR? In looking at the items are you also going to be considering the bruiser/juggernaut items getting any tweaks since those 2 have a lot of overlap with tanks in terms of their itemization.
