I really, really wish replays weren't so hard to share/use

So many games out there with functioning, sharable replays. Why do we get this second-rate, obfuscated mess?

Its like riot said "they want replays... hmmm... HEY NEW GUY, C'MERE"

And then they were done with it.

"There we go, that oughta shut 'em up for a while."

Cmon guys... give me something I can directly share with friends. At least the highlights, let me at least share my highlights. Or make them publicly viewable in the profile tab (if I choose a "make public" option).

What's the point of replays and highlights if I've gotta jump through hoops to show them to my friends?
