Suggestion for adding a feature to the Draft Phase

My thoughts of the new champion selection is kinda mixed. Although it is more fair to spread the bans out there really needs to be an overall addition to the process and that option I am suggesting is a pass the ban to a team vote. We all know League of Legends is supposed to be a team game from champion selection to results screen & it would be nice to see the banning option to a team vote. Granted the way it is now is far better then the old way by having a single player being in control of all three bans.

My suggestion also is if you throw it open to your team you should get 20 extra seconds to talk it out because bans take time to talk it out, but if you throw it open you should lose the ban if your team fails to come to a consensus.

Overall I hope people & Riot take a look at what my suggestion could add to the game & take it.
