Tahm Kench eating champion under enemy tower which was dealing damage from tower

Consider this scenario - When Thresh hooks a champion and tahm kench eats it just before thresh pulls himself to the hooked champion, then Thress is pulled to the tahm kench... which makes sense, as the hooked champion is with tahm kench so thresh should be pulled to tahm kench.

But it is not the same in below scenario - when a fight is going under enemy tower, and a champion is getting hit by enemy tower. When tahm kench eats that champion, tower doesn't hits tahm kench, even when tahm kench is also under the tower. Tower should start hitting tahm kench, as the champion which was getting hit by enemy tower is with tahm kench who is himself under enemy tower range. {{summoner:17}} \ ............................................................{{summoner:17}} ........... \ { (100 hp) } . . = = = = = = = = = - tower forgets targeted champion is eaten by tahm kench and focus minions..
