This is why people hate the burst meta.

Of the seven skills she fired, she hit three. She still got a kill out of it, while I -- in missing absolutely nothing but more burst than her -- got a grey screen. LB came up and one-shot her afterwards, though.

She was 5/11/5 before then. As a reminder, that means she has spent more time dead than alive at that point. My K/DA may not have been impressive in any manner, but that's not an excuse for someone being one-shot with just two ^%$#ing buttons when they're otherwise even with the opponent.

I had to kite. I had to CC. I had to think. The funny thing is that Syndra is one of the more """balanced""" mages at this moment, because despite her ability to faceroll you to death after missing everything (in a manner akin to Zed, no less) you can still survive taking a hit or two from her.
