Please listen, If you do not have a win rate of at least 60% PLEASE DO NOT PLAY RANKED. You are not consistently succeeding and you will be dragging down serious players who are trying to climb. Can someone tell me what the shame is in playing draft. It is designed for new players to build their skills. Why do people play ranked who don't know how to win games and have no interest in climbing. I know it sounds cool to be a high ranked player but without the practice hours that goal is impossible for you. For example I am in bronze 3 and I just had a player on my team two games in a row who has never won a single match and is consistently having a kda of 0/11, 2/12 etc.. The players name is <removed by mod>. Another player of this same status is <removed by mod>. These two players are unranked so I don't know how they trolled their way into bronze 3 but I cant be the only one experiencing this problem. Unless a player has climbed through bronze 5 and 4 they should not be in bronze 3. I propose a system in which everyone, regardless of skill level, must win at least 7 out of 10 placement game to get into Bronze 5. If the player is good enough they will climb and if not they will remain in the proper place. At this point literally anyone can hop into bronze 5. It's a joke. Back to the original point if you cant win 6/10 games then have some humility and put in the time to get good before you try and be a big shot and play ranked. Ranked should be reserved for those who have the skill to play it, and by that logic at least 50% of people playing ranked right now should not be. Obviously they cannot regulate themselves so I ask riot to please make it harder to get into bronze 5. This is the only sport in which any player, regardless of skill, can play competitively. Please comment and respond; there must be a way to regulate this.

Stopped right there, because there's no point going further. You can not have a PVP game mode where every player has >50% win rate. It's mathematically impossible. Even if people who have less than a 60% win rate quit now, you'll drag down the win rates of those who are left because they'll have fewer players left to consistently beat, and they'll eventually fall below the 60% cut off.

Go back to the drawing board.

400 games of ranked but still bronze 4 with a 48% winrate. I think the problem is you.

No one person can drag down a single other person through multiple matches, unless you duo'd with them. Bad players will fall down the ladder and good players will climb up the ladder.

It can be frustrating to have bad teammates, but you've only got those particular players in that one match. They aren't going to get matched with you again repeatedly. So stop stressing out about how they affect your ability to climb, because the impact each individual player has on your climb is nothing compared to the impact you can have on your ability to climb. They are in less than 1% of your matches, while you are in 100% of your own matches.

Edit: also the majority of players are bronze and silver. Where else are the majority of people going to be placed? There are going to be players of similar skill to those players on both teams, not just yours. If you're that much better than them then just solo carry and climb through to gold, plat, diamond etc.

Okay im not sure if you know this but bronze is made for new players, If you think bronze should be hard to get into, you are out of your fking mind. Bronze is the source of all bad players and it should stay that way. I got out of bronze 5 to gold 3, If i can do it then you can do it bud.

Ppl play the game mode they want. If it happens to be ranked, then so be it.

There are many resources for all roles on youtube. See league craft 101 for example. If you have no interest in learning then you shouldn't be playing ranked.
