jungle camp changes make some champions way worse at clears

I really don't like the changes to the raptors and krugs. They take so much aoe now that if your champion has a bit less aoe, you take forever to clear them or take way more damage than before. I have now seen several people get executed to raptors in their first clear because the full dps of all the little guys is now really significant. So if you lack the aoe to kill them really fast, they just chew you up.

Overall I think these changes lower the pool of viable junglers and imo that's a bad thing.
