You think we need Tank items at have more active use?

Something to help spice up the tank gameplay? Like a tank item with a UNIQUE active?

Suggestions:

UNIQUE Active: Selecting a zone within 3000 units around you, you summon a protective dome that reduces all damage from enemies to any ally champions inside the dome by 20%. Dome lasts for 3.5 seconds.

Or

UNIQUE Active: Attach this to a nearby ally. Passively, 18% of all damage dealt is distributed to you as health, reduced when hitting multiple enemies.
