Remove XP range changes you made 2 seasons ago to balance out lane swaps. Top lane is dead....

Seriously, being a better laner or even going a ranged top is not rewarding enough, because it's almost impossible to zone someone from xp, but it was a big part of top lane in previous seasons. The only exception is Jayce but he has a very stupid kit.

Now top lane is just 2 supports smacking eachother from time to time and being the teams CC bitch.

PLEASE revert that stupid change already.
