Way too mnay trolls and ragers!

You need a different more strict penalty system for afk's, trolls, and feeders! You also need a Q system for less experienced players based on their performance in game + stats!! No more basing our rank off of winning or losing! Not to mention it's taking me 18 minutes to find a match because of dodgers and 7 minutes Q times?? Some people who actually have a life don;t have that kind of time!
