Neeko

Neeko is a slight problem. I honestly think her kit is well designed, interesting and it works well with itself. I like her model design, her personality is fine and all that shit. My problem with neeko starts with how they worked numbers into her kit. She does a little too much damage for how easy some of her spells are to hit. Its not completely over the top on her W or E, akin to a ziggs bomb. My main issue with her is her ult. That ult alone can potentially one shot the team's carries without much effort. the "cast time" for it is insanely short, and your chances of killing neeko before it gets off, even if she is already near death is slim to none because of the giant shield it gives her. To put the final cherry ontop the cooldown is way too low for the amount of damage and croud control it has. Sure, you can move out of it, but until she is ready to pop it she can move too. Sure, lux and blitzcrank barely has a cd on their ult, but theirs does way less damage and isnt capped off by a stun . I dont mind playing with neeko, i generally dont mind playing against her, just fix the god damn ult. It is so strong to the point that its the only thing that really defines her in an actual match.
