It is bronze 5 with bronze 3 MMR, not sure what you think the problem is. The account is multi season bronze 5, last season bronze 5 0 LP, chances are it had MMR around bronze 7, so having 13 more wins than losses is just now finally fixing the MMR. 13-3 in bronze 5 0 LP from last season isn't going to bring you to gold or anything lol.
