Does this mean I'll never be able to earn any hextech chests or keys? I've never gotten banned or gone toxic before, but one game a bunch of my friends thought it'd be funny to all report me as toxic to see what happened after a game (so 4 players) and then Riot gives me a 10 game chat restriction and now after my games it says I can't earn loot due to previous behavioral restrictions. This is absolutely rediculous and I believe Riot needs to fix. Rito pls.

It takes a while for it to go away, I had a 10 game chat restriction and took 2 months for it to go away.

There's nothing to fix. If you stay neutral/positive in your games to show you've "reformed" then you will eventually be able to gain rewards again. Could take a few months, though.
