So that he's not encroaching on Evelynn's role, which he currently is, while having overall higher assassination potential, a few suggestions for still making his ult evolve viable early ganking while removing his encroachment into Evelynn's role.

• Partial revert to Void Assault, giving it three charges of invisibility, the recast limit timer no longer ticks while stealthed, and the stealth lasts for 4 seconds if cast out of combat. Remains a very powerful evolve, but is significantly less oppressive.

• Short cooldown, 3 seconds, between activations of passive Void Assault. If you're going from bush to bush, that's an effective 1.5 seconds spent visible between activations if moving between brushes, so there's more skill involved in proper utilization of the passive, and so he's not creeping on Evelynn's role.
