@Riot More Buffs Like These

The Yi/Volibear QoL buffs are the type of thing I hope we see more of. It doesn't impact the champion's power levels much, but makes the champions feel more cohesive and consistent to use.

It will bearly affect their power, but yi know it feels better than before. Wuju please consider more of those in the future?
