Normal Matchmaking

Okay, so I have no qualms or problem with being matched with higher ranked people, infact, I love it because it helps me improve overall. However, when I play with a few of my buddies who happen to be bronze and/or unranked and I end up getting a match that looks like this:

Riot, we have a problem. It's frustrating because one, these guys are here to have fun so they don't give a shit about the meta. Just look at our team comp. Secondly it's all fun and games until you get seriously bodied to where you can't even run around your jg in the first 10mins of the game. The mmr difference, to my knowledge, is astronomical. Due to dynamic queue, I think challenger now start at around 2200 or so? If I'm not mistaking. That team comp had an mmr of 2k whiles our team was slightly over 1.4k. This is like putting low-mid golds vs high diamonds -- you can handle one or 2 diamond players, but a full team? How in god's name are you suppose to have fun with your friends when the matches are so uneven?

Like I said, don't get me wrong. I love a challenge. I love playing higher ranked people, and yeah, it frustrates me sometimes, but just knowing that I'm playing with someone better than me inspires me. I had a game with a master tier Janna and TF at one point and that was the greatest learning experience of my life. At any rate... Normal matchmaking, especially with 5 people is really, really imbalanced and having games where the other team has a 500 MMR difference is just really frustrating.
