Slight change to Taric

So what do you guys think about Taric being able to move through minions while casting his E? My friend says it would be overpowered, but in the grand scheme of everything in League, I don't think this would make him ban worthy. It's just a nuisance when you think you have a perfect stun lined up but Taric auto paths around some fatass caster minion. That happens a lot more than you would think.
