I need help with Error 004

I was playing yesterday normally without having any problem until 9:00 pm (EU clock) i got another update. I thought it must something new so i let it download, after about 5 mins i found a match and play with my friend. When we got our champions on URF we was ready join the game but suddenly my game crashed and i click on Reconnect but it just doesn't work, so i restart the client, try to full repair but it said Repair Failed so i tried to reinstall and Unstall the game and install it back again but it still doesn't work. Please help me Rito.
