Sorcery should work on anything that applies spell effects. From memory in Teemo's case Toxic shot's initial hit will therefore work with it, but the damage over time won't.
Edit: Nope, just checked, looks like both parts are proc damage, so Sorcery won't help at all.
It does not.
Just to point it out, though, Sorcery is incorrectly-worded. It will increase the damage on things like Ezreal's Q and Nasus' Q, even though they are neither spells nor abilities.
no because according to riot its not an ability mean while chogath E is an ability because u can turn it off and on. stupid.

I decided to test this on a custom game with my friend. He was playing Ashe ( dunno about runes/masteries) and i was teemo. first game i use sorcery and second i didnt, and both times he was on 547 when the posion effect finished. So according to this, sorcery will not work with teemo E. BUT a theory we had is that the damage did increase, just not by much, because it was only 2% increase abitity damage. So basically we are still not sure XD
