with the new game being so fast

ok am i the only one the misses the late game what is the point of having 18 lvs if with the new game times you only get to lv 15 i think to balance out the game times so that champs can get to lv 18 roit should cut the minion bonus by 33%. with the new game times it is not about skill any more it is about snowballing
