Can we get a Team Chat and Pings Perma Mute in settings?

I feel like it should be a choice to have team chat and pings on. Considering 85% of games these things are abused in. I want to be able to have them turned off at the start. I dont wanna hear that "this is a team game you need these things on and you can turn them off when they are abused " no often the second someone says something negative to me in a game im already tilted muting them at this point is pointless because they have already achieved what they set out to do. Same with ping spamming once its done I'm tilted. So for the love of god riot. Allows us this courtesy. give us this option in settings and I garentee it will start helping with the toxicity in the game. Alot of people will use this tool and it will actually helpp them start taking responsibility for their own misplays because they only have themselves to blame if their map awareness is shit. But I would definately make them be 2 permanent setting options so like. A pings option and a chat option and you can turn the slider to whichever you want but it stays into your next games.
