Hi, I was just wondering what do you guys think about Vladimir? Does his kit reflects his lore or fantasy enough? Thoughts on his passive? Is Vladimir a possible candidate for the upcoming Mage Update? Does his kit feels lackluster/unhealthy or it is fine as it is?

Lack lustre with the ap increases on items he can't scale as fast as he did to his items and with the new Tanky to planets he's more viable mid
