Custom Builds?
Where is the option to create a custom build for in game. I don't think the new client has it? Is riot adding that feature soon ?

Right so, they might be adding it in the near future, but if you really want them now, you need to launch the legacy client. you can do that by being in the login screen, and on the bottom right it will say, launch legacy client, in that old client you can customize item sets, but you have to play from there as well
last i checked they were removing them and i have not heard a response from riot regarding them coming back so probably not
Custom item build outs ARE available in the old client. I can't find the post, but a rioter confirmed: Make a custom page, join a custom game (any gametype, not sure with that champ, but better safe than sorry). Then it will be available in game. It will be added later to the client, likely after Beta.
I cant find the section to go into the old client in the login screen.
It is in the Collection tab, then in Items. Must be a newer thing.
