Riot Please Look

Riot you've done a great job with League of Legends, and I've been playing for 5 years now. But I have one huge problem with it. You guys always say that you look into the community for help on what you can do to make the game better yet everything we ask for is just denied and replaced with something that we can pay for like new skins and such. We've been asking for a replay system for years now and the MMR and LP gain is still broken as hell. I know it matches people based on MMR but MMR is based on kills and deaths which means nothing in a strategic game. I'm playing with people who play like they have their hands tied behind their back and they're blindfolded. I do bad things too, trust me. I'm far from perfect but I can recognize when I'm playing with a team full of people way lower than my skill level yet the enemy team is my skill level so I get crushed the entire game. If you guys actually wanna make the game better add community ideas. You guys backed Curse voice for millions of dollars which I don't quite get, but you won't put in a replay system after some random dude coded one for free? I don't think I've heard the huge out cry for a voice chat system from the community (I think text chat is bad enough for me to get called cancerous and getting told I should die). Also bring back the tribunal because your chat moderation right now bans off of reports not actual chat logs. Overall, actually do what the community is asking for don't just say you're gonna and then do something completely different.
