can master yi get buffed

Yes I know im a biased yi main but hes just so bad right now hes just garbage. You could revert the ultimate nerf you did where you made it last a shorter amount of time or make his ultimate give him a shit ton more movement speed. Another change that would be good is his E having a lower cooldown its super long. Last thing i can think of is give him more mana earlier into the game.
