Runes/Masteries limit bump

For every two champs that get released, bump the maximum amount of Runes/Masteries up by three

or

Move the Runes/Masteries limit up to at least 20 until the next year rolls around, then bump it up again.

I can fit a wide variety of champs onto a single rune page, and masteries, but there are a few that I end up needing to just buy a new rune page for, or set a new mastery for. Is there anyway you could just redo the layout of both rune/mastery set-ups all together? I don't mean redo the trees, the runes, ect. I mean change how the runes, and masteries get brought up on your screen like you did when you introduced the new dynamic queue. Maybe when a player clicks on his rune tab, instead of getting that single page that shows numbers 1-20, you could bring up runes tab, and instead get a new, and improved page where you can select one, or multiple champs that you currently own, and set a rune page up for them.

Then once done editing, another page opens, and a crystal for each class pops up. you can then save the runes under the crystal that matches the type of class it's meant for (You could put assassin runes into assassin crystals if you'd like) Each crystal can hold up to twenty pages, and all the pages you currently have can be distributed by the player to any crystals of their choosing without erasing what they already have on those pages.You wouldn't have to go by the crystals types, and could freely just use each crystal as if they weren't labeled. putting whatever in your first crystal until it's full.

The same would go for Masteries. You'd select one, or multiple champs for a mastery, then set it up as you would, then select a crystal. Then in pre-game lobby instead of getting a giant list of runes/masteries, you get to choose from those crystals like folders, then select your runes/masteries.

IMO, I feel this would not only be more helpful to the players as we now receive more than twenty of each, but it wouldn't be chaotic at all. It would be organized, and easy to use. I'm willing to even save that to my laptop if it's too much to handle for the Riot servers. I currently don't have my runes maxed out, but I know I will eventually get there, and this will be something I think about.
