Hextech Crafting

i thought that hextech crafting was exciting at the start, especially with the first skins basically free. but then, after getting a few keys, i am not earning anymore. This is starting to make Hextech crafting boring and frustrating. It doesn't feel as rewarding as it should. I was thinking there may be some bug or glitch preventing keys from dropping. Maybe, keys just drop too rarely, and playing with friends, which increases chances of getting keys, means a loss 99% of the time. I personally think Hextech needs some sort of changes as it is too much to get just one key fragment, let alone 3. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
