Your 2016 Ranked Experience so far?

First things first, this isn't a thread about me just complaining, I wanna actually discuss how everyone's games have been going so far, not just my own. With that in mind, anyone else having a crappy streak so far, or is it just me? 5/10 games lost so far, dunno if I wanna continue to even try now. Thing that's been causing the losses for me at least, is people on my team literally arguing and insulting each other and just throwing. So far my impression of ranked is just people who flame, or troll each other left and right. I came in with the mindset that the chances of my getting trolls in my games would be pretty low, I guess I was wrong. I know im not very good, but I did pretty decent all 5 games, at least at the start, then things went downhill each time, its honestly kinda disheartening.

Lets start with the first game, playing Poppy support, which I usually tend to do pretty decent with. Things were not going super swell at the start, but they were not going terrible either. I managed to save my adc quite a few times and at least keep him safe. We had a chance to win even, until our jungle started throwing. First, he started arguing with our mid, then he started yelling at bot saying our adc was feeding, when in fact, it was Warwick who was the one feeding realistically. He constantly ulted their Braum, while under the enemy turret, while also by himself. He went in on a 1v4 so many times it wasn't even funny, and I eventually tried to step in and stop the arguing in hopes that WW would listen and we could turn things around. Instead I essentially get met with a "Stfu and stay out of it Poppy" Then he proceeds to run top alone instead of defending, gets caught out, and yells at our adc again, before we finally lose.

Second game I decide to play Shaco, another champ I love. Game starts off pretty awesome, Zed gets first blood, then our Ren dies to their Cho by going ham and missing every attack, which was pretty funny looking. Our Zed kept getting kills which made me happy, and got me thinking we might actually win. I headed top to try and help Ren, only to get pinged to go away and told by Ren that he can handle it, so I left and headed elsewhere. Then Ren goes ham on Cho again rather than play safe, and gets ganked by Hec and dies, then proceeds to blame me for it. I decided to head up top again, deceive in on Cho and get some good damage, but then I get hit with his knock up and silence so I back off. Ren once again goes ham and pings for me to go in with him. I decide to be the good guy and ran in with him under tower to try and save him, even taking tower aggro for him, but getting finished off by Cho's ult. I thought Ren had ran off, but instead he ran right back in, missed his leap, then missed his spin, and even his stun, then Cho just turns around and finished him off xD He got so mad he asked Zed to come top, and then got Zed killed too, who was doing really well. Ren started blaming me, but luckily everyone else on the team yelled at Ren saying it was not my fault, but his for being so over aggressive..so that's a relief. We lost in the end ofc, nothing we could do.

Third game I decided to play Malz, my third favorite champ. Unfortunately our top chose to play Trynda into Teemo, so we swapped lanes and I was able to beat out Teemo in lane, but Tryn got bullied pretty hard by Ahri, and our bot wasnt doing too hot either, but it could have been easily turned around. Tryn however randomly types "Gg" as if we lost already when our bot died the second time, and hr just kinda stopped trying after that. I tried to do what I could, ulted their fed adc, kept Ahri silenced, used my space aids to keep people back, but there was nothing we could do. Tryn just kept yelling at bot about how they suck instead of helping, and kept dying because he would type in the middle of fights.

Fourth game, Poppy support again. I was doing pretty good, keeping the adc alive and managing to kill those that attacked him while he got away. This game was going pretty damn awesome until their Kayle started getting fed. And our top started to argue with jungle. After that, things just kinda fell apart, people stopped working together and we lost. Another case of flaming causing a loss

The fifth game, you guessed it, Poppy again! This was probably the worst by far. Our Cass went afk, and our Draven was just fooling around, dodging skillshots then typing "Hah, you suck" Or "I dodge too good" But not doing anything other than that really. Needless to say, the Cass being gone for so long, coupled with the Draven fooling around ended up doing us in pretty quickly.

I honestly don't know if I even wanna try anymore with ranked after these games, my motivation is just gone. There is way too much flaming and arguing that seems to go on, and it ends up being costly and god forbid I try to break the arguing up, I end up getting yelled at too. Should I just say screw it and stop, or actually keep trying? How has your luck so far been with this new season?
