Buff AP Junglers
In patch 6.1 when Runic Echoes was added, AP Junglers went wild, specifically Evelynn, Elise and Nidalee. (Mainly Elise)
It had 10% movement speed on it which was really helpful to a lot of the ap junglers and helped them gank more often.
in patch 6.2 one patch after the release of it, Elise had her movement speed in human form and in spider form gutted because she used runic echoes too well.
in patch 6.4 the movement speed on runic echoes was nerfed from 10% to 7%, it helped tune down some of the junglers, but not gut them.
then theres a two year span filled with Elise nerfs, Nidalee nerfs, Evelynn nerfs, , and a lot of other nerfs.
in season 7 we get an update to the jungle which makes it a lot harder to kill
in season 8, we get more jungle changes making camps give less exp, making them harder to kill etc.
Later in season 8 Runic echoes loses 7% movement speed for 10% cdr
No compensation buffs for the champions that were nerfed because of runic echoes. Instead riot decided to leave them in the gutter.
Please Revert runic echoes, or buff TRADITIONAL ap junglers.
You guys changed runic echoes to favour troll picks like Brand and Zyra jg and gut traditional AP Junglers who have been there for years.
