Can we get the option to change champion icons into their skins (read for better disc)

When you are in a game, and the icons on top of the map, or inside the map are usually the base splash art for the champ, can we get the option to change that in the "GAME" section or "INTERFACE" section? it would be rlly nice, i just like this idea, just a random thought :P
