Prestige point tokens

Hello. I wonder is there any plans for Prestige Points shop ? :) For example I have 170 tokens right now. If I will purchase any skin (prestige edition) I will have 70 left. Will we have an option to buy "rare chromas or skins" for less tokens? I will not enjoy that if I will be forced to waste money for last 30tokens, to make use from it.
