then remove it from quinn...

for those who dont know what i mean by "fixed" they FIANLLY addressed what it actually means to be "blind" in game, and have reworked a TON of ablities that all ignored blind status, despite being auto attack based. this includes thigns like vayns tumble, garens Q, etc. They woudl still hit, still apply damage and/or on hits, and it pissed me right off in every game i played teemo or quinn, and i poseted SEVERAL boards about it... and now riot has FINALYL fixed the issue! but also removed half the blidns form the game...
