Ranked has been unplayable this week

This week in every single game of ranked, I have had someone who's playing their first ranked game, someone in their placement matches, several AFKs, and several trolls who just want to ruin the game for players trying to rank up in the last month. I've never played a more toxic or worse time of the year. So: ban the trolls and AFKs, and FFS Riot stop putting placement players in peoples placement games.
