problem with fps

Hi guys.I have a game issue these days.I play lol at 90-100 fps.But suddely it went to 46 fps.Now its all the time stable 46 fps.I noticed that if i delete lol and download it again the fps goes back to 100 fps again.But the next day again it goes to 46.WHAT CAN I DO RIOT?
