Constant Lag

For the past week, every game I am getting 200+ ping consistently and it only drops when I'm in fountain not moving. People in my games have been having the same issue, as well as major spikes throughout the game. Was wondering if anyone else is having this issue, or has any suggestions on how to fix it? Tried restarting internet, also hard wiring my PC into the router itself and nothing has changed it.
