Can we lock out Ranked modes after ARAM/BLIND pick?

Players should be required to AT LEAST play one normal draft if they're going to hop into the two optional ranked modes.

This dude on my team literally just kept dying . . randomly

So I check his profile; what a surprise he's 3 aram's deep (THE DAY PRIOR) and wants to troll flex queue for a bit.

League of legends is too complex for players to hop into aram, then all of a sudden interfere with the ranked playerbase.

We already have matchmaking problems from winning. Winning gets you worse teammates, everyone can vouche for me on this one.

But now we have players not ready for ranked modes, hopping into flex (Another seperate playerbase) or hopping into solo queue (even worse)
