Risking the game for elder dragon / old 5th dragon buff

This is a mindset that really really really really pisses me off. You know, the people that are willing to literally lose the game in order to contest that 5th dragon, or the Elder Dragon now?

Like, I understand wanting to contest it. But seriously. If 2 of us are dead (jungler included) and they still have 5. And you have that ONE dude who's like, "OMG CONTEST CONTEST!" It's literally the most annoying thing I've ever seen in my life.

A friend of mine that I play with, will fight tooth and nail to go for elder dragon. He's the kind of person who after everyone else is dead, will still drop into the elder pit and just start auto attacking it, trying to get the steal/contest. His reasoning? "If they get it, it's game over anyway." So he's literally willing to have the entire team dive into the elder dragon pit, (Even if the numbers are against him) and will try to contest that dragon.

I'm sorry but I've been in situations where I have won vs a team with elder dragon and I have lost with elder dragon buff. And no matter what the situation is, he will argue to the point of a screaming match saying that elder dragon will instantly lose us the game.

He's not the only one to do this. I've met several people who are literally willing to throw away any chance at a comeback and will be willing to get completely wiped, just to contest that Elder dragon.

I know Elder Dragon is an amazing buff. And the team that gets it, has a suuuuuuuper big advantage. If you can contest it without everyone dying, contest it. If you can't contest it, then give it up.
