Why is autofill also enabled in NORMALS?

I already dislike autofill in ranked as the entire idea behind the new championselect goes out the window. Id much rather wait a few more min and then get to play something im good at and actually enjoy playing. Now its enabled in normal draft aswell? And with a 15 min estimated wait time? T_T
