I think buffing AP Ekko wasn't the Answer, to Some Extent.

Here's why,

The ult basically oneshots you. And it heals too much (if it gets you).Soyou build a wee bit of AP, then some off tank stuff. However, the ult is choreographed so there is counter-play. So make sure you are not caught.

(Lately, servers have been unstable during peak hours with LoL so much so that 3 or 4 players on each team freeze up or walk into team just randomly, so i noticed this has helped prove how the ult alone oneshots. It is so choreographed that only server issues explain how you can get killed by it, but when it does happen as hilarious as it is, it is a sad reminder of a dark era in LoL XD. If it wasn't for the server issues, i would have never noticed how busted it is.).

But back to main topic, Mmking Ekko more like he was at release isn't the answer in order to make Tank Ekko less appealing. He is still not "Release OP", but if the pattern keeps up seems to "stop" Tank Ekko he will go back to how he was on release. I don't want to prove i can go 0/5 and then 10/5. Cracked me up after missing Q and randomly going in to then just ult and clean up (at this point it isnt quite possible to do this, however, i fear it might soon be again). I don't want to do that again, as funny as it was, it was clearly toxic to the game.

And that was worse than Tank Ekko.

Please Riot, don't go there. The excessive utility will continue to keep tank Ekko relevant, but the AP compensations buffs can be overdone if you continue this route. I'd rather he keep his excessive utility as overloaded as his kit is, than go back to "Release-ish Ekko". He isn't there at this point in time, but i'm just worried he might go back to being that way.

I still have those Nam-like flashbacks of Release Ekko. I still smell it, i still dream it, and i still feel it. Dark times, very dark times.
