Azir Season 8 (The Worst Yet?)

In season 8 Azir has been nonstop getting nerfed, almost every patch except for this recent one that I know of. I know Azir is a late game champion but the crippling part of the recent nerfs include the ability for his ult to stop any dashes or blinks, kinda like Poppy W. With that the recent nerfs to azir and the recent buffs to most ad and dashed midlaners - they completely dumpster azir. Forcing him harder to scale into late game. Such mid includes, yasuo dashes that interrupts Azir: Zeds ult and W, Katrina's Blink, Talon's Q&E, Fizz E, Galios's E, Le'Blanc W, Kassadin R, Zoe Ult, Arhi Ult, Ekko E, And the range of Mal'ZarHar silence . These recent buffs to these particular champions shutdown particular high chance for Azir to even snowball Lane, and the new rune system makes him kind of a brain dead champ (meteor) in lane that contains W&Q to poke.
