Lag.. fps is 1 !!!

So lately my FPS is usually decent like in the 20 to the 30 on my dad's laptop... but now it keeps on going to 1 fps. and it just stopped my rhythm. Which is bad. So I would like to ask for help, it usually doesn't do this. So here is like the game. Around 30 fps when starting to play, and out of nowhere it goes to 1. I'm usually not in combat when it drops, but it gets worst even though I'm not in combat. I do not have anything in the background or viruses or malware.
