A small fix to ranked

First of all, this is not a whine post. I just had an idea that would help people get back into ranked. Let's start with why people don't play ranked anymore: trolls and AFK's losing games. But why can't we simply at least minimise punishments cause by the trolls/AFK's? I mean if someone gets punished for trolling or gets leaverbuster/warning for AFK after the game, the winning team would keep their win, while the losing one would at least get some LP loss reduction or even LP loss canceled.
