Problems with the loading screen

I have an old laptop but it worked fine before patch 8.13, now ingame it's still fine 70 fps constant, but I can't get in to the game. The loading screen bugs out and doesn't show if it is still loading or not. It just stays as a regular loading screen while, in another tab, a reconect button appears. I got two remakes like this and now I have a leaver buster, but I didn't do anything. The loading screen is basiclly lieing to me and I can't see that.

Please fix.

P.s. Two remakes and I get a leaver buster? I have a clean record. No games dodged, no games remade before these two for 6 months.
